Guest Pianist Weekend with Ory Shihor: Master Classes

Decorated Israeli pianist Ory Shihor is featured as part of this year's Piano Series.

Experience the expertise of one of America's leading pianists. Born in Israel, Ory Shihor traveled to the U.S. at age 15 to study music at the Curtis Institute in Philadelphia, followed by studies at the Julliard School under the tutelage of John Perry and Russell Sherman. Shihor's mastery of the piano and other instruments has earned him top honors, including Julliards distinguished Gina Bachauer prize, the Young Concert Artists International Auditions, the 9th Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competion in Israel and the 1999 Washington International Piano Competition, among others.

The Conservatory of Music Piano Series is delighted in include master classes and two recital performances by Ory Shihor.
