Jay DiPietro is the CEO of Boca West Country Club, the largest country club in Palm Beach County.  He oversees a community made up of 3,400 housing units, 31 tennis courts, six restaurants, four professional golf courses and a pool bar.  Additional facilities such as the Sports Center cater to a variety of recreational pastimes.

He currently serves in many additional roles, including:

  • Chairman of Excellence in Club Management
  • Chairman of CMAA Club Foundation
  • Chairman of CMAA National Golf Championship Committee
  • Chairman of Seminole Region Charity Golf Tournament
  • Member of the CMAA Honor Society 
  • Member of the Special Olympics Hall of Fame

DiPietro has been the recipient of the Most Valuable Member of the Florida Chapter award, for which the award is now named the “Jay DiPietro MVM of the FLCMAA”;  and BoardRoom Magazine’s Lifetime Achievement Award. 

He has served as the director of the Educational Institute of the Michigan State University; guest instructor for the School of Hospitality Management at Florida International University; and guest speaker at Harvard School of Business. In addition, he is a past honoree of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County;


Lynn University's weekly CEO Lecture Series features prominent CEOs sharing their expertise. The CEO Lecture Series is presented by the College of Business and Management.
